The AIRE Centre and the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro, with support from the British Embassy in Podgorica, organized the event “Enhancing Legal Security for Investment and Development.”
Deputy Prime Minister Gjeloshaj emphasized Montenegro’s commitment to becoming a secure and dependable destination for investors. He stressed that achieving this goal requires legal stability, efficient dispute resolution mechanisms, and judicial transparency.
“A strong arbitration framework ensures that investors feel confident their rights are protected, fostering greater investment and economic growth—an objective we all share,” Gjeloshaj stated.
