The idea came from necessity.

Tragnite Montenegro began with a practical gap: international clients are often asked to make serious decisions before anyone has mapped the whole route. Residency, company formation, banking, tax exposure, property due diligence and relocation are usually treated as separate steps, when in reality they affect one another from the beginning.

Angela Karam established the company after navigating Montenegro’s business registration and administrative process herself as a foreign national. That experience shaped the firm’s operating standard: explain the route clearly, prepare the file properly, identify what must be verified by licensed professionals and make the client aware of the practical friction before money, documents or timelines are locked in.

The result is a boutique advisory practice for founders, families, investors and internationally mobile clients who want structure before commitment — not generic relocation promises, fragmented introductions or advice that sounds simple until execution begins.

Tragnite Montenegro DOO was registered in Podgorica in August 2024 to support clients who need more than a requirements list. A move, company registration or investment decision only works when the tax position, banking story, documentation, timeline and local execution make sense together.

The firm coordinates through a vetted network of Montenegrin and Cypriot lawyers, accountants and professional partners. Tragnite does not replace licensed legal, tax or banking advice; it makes the process clearer, better sequenced and easier for international clients to manage from abroad.

That distinction matters. Tragnite’s role is to help clients understand the route, avoid avoidable friction, prepare stronger files and know when a decision needs licensed confirmation before time, money or reputation is committed.

Angela Karam is the Founder and Managing Director of Tragnite Montenegro. She established the firm after navigating Montenegro’s company-registration and administrative system herself as a foreign national — an experience that turned the business from an idea into a practical advisory model.

She directs the firm’s core work across Montenegro and Cyprus: residency planning, company formation, relocation coordination, property due diligence, investment support and licensed-partner execution. Her role is to turn fragmented local procedure into a route clients can understand: what must be prepared, which documents need verification, which licensed professional should confirm each step and where delays or hidden costs usually appear.

Angela’s background in finance and operations gives the firm its discipline. She understands why clean records, accurate documents, audit trails, payment tracking and partner coordination matter when a client is moving across borders. Her standard is direct and personal: advice should be clear enough to act on, transparent enough to trust and grounded in what actually happens on the ground.

Gaelle Salloum is Co-Founder and an equal partner in Tragnite Montenegro. She brings together real estate, full-cycle sales, technology systems and international client development — the commercial side of how clients evaluate risk, compare jurisdictions, commit to property, structure a company or plan a cross-border move.

Her background spans high-value real estate sales, client acquisition, account expansion, pipeline development and CRM-led operations. That experience shapes the firm’s client journey: clear communication, structured follow-up, practical decision points and a process that can be managed from the UK, Cyprus, Lebanon, Montenegro, the Gulf or elsewhere abroad.

Gaelle supports the firm’s real estate, investment and digital positioning, helping turn complex advisory work into a premium client experience. Her focus is commercial clarity: not only what can be done, but whether the route, timing, documents, cost and client profile make sense before a serious decision is made.
